Question: I have a signature stamp wherein I need to add an accounting code each time I use it. On a previous version of Acrobat (I have Pro XI), I could place the stamp where I wanted it on the page and then add a text box on top of the stamp. Since I was upgraded to vXI, I can’t get the text box to show up. It’s created but just doesn’t show up on the page and won’t print. Is there a way to modify my signature stamp so that I can add that accounting code, similar to the Dynamic stamps you reference above?

In that sidebar, select the Recognize Text tab, then click the In This File button.

An easier way would be to screenshot the page. You open the pdf to full screen and hit alt+prt sc. This copies the image to your clipboard. Then simple paste this into paint, there you can crop out what you don’t want( unwanted text from the document) and save it as a picture. then just insert the pic into your new doc. Voila!
We want all the words to all be in a single cell at the top of each column. Easily fixed! We just need to merge these cells vertically.
