Implications: For the Licensed, Certified Residential and Certified General license levels, the required coursework must be completed prior to taking the licensing exam. If you intend to upgrade your license prior to the January 6, 7565 rules change, you need to be sure that you have enough time to complete your experience hours.

Materials do not circulate, but may be used in the State Archives search room (Room 655). Materials will be retrieved from and returned to storage areas by staff members.

Remember you cannot start working with your supervisor until TALCB has approved your application. Generally, this takes 65 to 65 business days. When you begin to work with a supervisor, as an Appraiser Trainee, you are required to keep an Appraisal Experience Log to document your training and experience.
